About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Post Partum/Mom Baby Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1:3-4 Hours per Shift: Guaranteed 36 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required. License: Active RN License required. Certifications: BLS, NRP Must-Have: Mother Baby experience Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Post Partum/Mom Baby specialty. The candidate will be responsible for caring for mothers and their newborns in a couplet care model. The unit consists of 34 private couplet rooms. Staffing includes day and night shifts with a combination of charge nurses, RNs, and support staff. The patient ratios are 1:3-4 for couplets. Required equipment includes Alaris pumps and bilirubin blankets/lights. Experience caring for patients on Magnesium Sulfate post-delivery is preferred. Candidates with STABLE certification will be prioritized. The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys teaching. Weekends are required, but there are no on-call shifts.
