Join a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in beautiful Missoula, Montana. Kidzoola Therapy Center is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time or part-time role with flexible scheduling, supportive clinical supervision, and a $5,000 sign-on / relocation bonus.

Full-time and part-time schedules available. Part-time hours are ideally after school, while full-time positions offer a broader daytime schedule.

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Montana (or ability to obtain)
• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy

What You'll Do

• Provide pediatric OT treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teammates
• Complete documentation clearly and efficiently
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and clinical collaboration
