STARTING SALARY

$60,000‑$61,500

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) and certification as appropriate At least a Certificate of Eligibility (QCACS leadership can guide you toward full New Jersey certification) A valid New Jersey Certificate or proof of passing the required PRAXIS tests before employment is offered Cultural sensitivity and the ability to communicate effectively with parents and students Mastery of subject matter content and a team‑player mindset High expectations of students and a solid understanding of child development
