Territory Sales Manager

Team members work in an environment that values technical expertise, customer relationships, and long-term product performance. Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time position. This role is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory by building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and other channel partners. Day-to-day activities include conducting sales visits, presenting product solutions, demonstrating pump systems, and providing technical and application guidance. The Territory Sales Manager will handle customer inquiries, support order follow-up, and coordinate with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and logistics. The role also involves delivering product training sessions, participating in trade shows or local events, tracking territory performance, and reporting market feedback to help shape sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, address inquiries, and support long-term relationships. Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including territory planning, account development, and achieving revenue targets. Experience in Training, with the ability to deliver clear product presentations and educational sessions to customers and partners. Knowledge of pumps, plumbing, HVAC, or related industrial products is highly beneficial. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic CRM and office software. Previous territory sales or field sales experience preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
