As one of California's largest plaintiff personal injury firms, we’ve expanded into Washington and seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our new office. Compensation:

Base salary plus profit share: $120,000 - $200,000 per year plus bonus/commission DOE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience as an attorney.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
• Proven success in handling personal injury cases and strong client advocacy.
• Strong leadership and management abilities, capable of fostering a high-performing team.
• Tech-savvy with experience in legal research tools and software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Motivated, ambitious, and committed to long-term success.
