OUC - The Reliable One, is presently seeking a Fuel Portfolio Analyst to join the Fuel Services division. At OUC, we don't just work we're building a bright future of innovation and transformation for future generations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to support our electric generation fleet through daily fuel trading, scheduling, and logistics. This role helps ensure reliable and efficient delivery of the fuel that powers our community.

As a Fuel Portfolio Analyst, you'll manage coal train logistics, process fuel and commodity invoices, prepare hedging and regulatory reports, and support financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis. You'll collaborate with teams across Accounting, Operations, Energy & Fuel Portfolio, and external partnerswhile helping drive meaningful process improvements.

You'll thrive here if you communicate well, make sound decisions, and adapt quickly in a dynamic market environment. This role also participates in a natural gas call-out rotation, including occasional evening or weekend coverage during system or weather events.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in fuel logistics and financial analysis, including scheduling, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Demonstrated skills in fuel trading and scheduling, coal logistics, invoice processing, hedging and regulatory reporting, and budget/variance analysis
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and collaborative communication skills
• Preferred: Utility or energy industry experience, knowledge of electric generation concepts, and comfort working with large datasets (Excel, Power BI)

Salary Range: $95,833- $115,000 annually - commensurate with experience
