VP, Property Management Sales

Responsibilities As a Property Management Sales Vice President, you will drive sales strategies and negotiations on key regional pursuits, consolidate opportunities within the existing client base for the assigned geography, and lead the solutioning process for all opportunities. You will work with the US Client Solutions team to develop and manage the opportunity pipeline, overseeing end‑to‑end sales cycles. Responsibilities include partnering with Client Solutions and PM leadership to grow pipeline and individual client prospecting plans, expanding business offerings by increasing adoption of platform initiatives and products, coordinating daily solutioning activities with clients and internal operations teams, developing new client operating models to deliver value through cost savings, technology, and financial impacts, managing project execution to integrate all lines of business, evaluating spend reports and strategic vision to develop service delivery models, creating compelling solutions for proposals, attending large client pitches and workshops, ensuring integration and cohesion across internal stakeholders, providing in‑depth knowledge of CBRE service delivery models and differentiating products, partnering with General Counsel on contracting strategy, and acting as an opinion leader and trusted advisor. You will evaluate industry and business trends, analyze financial performance indicators, support the US Client Solutions lead on strategic workstreams (M&A, Strategic Investments, New Product, etc.), and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. The role requires strong business development acumen, the ability to influence managers and colleagues, negotiate with external partners, solve complex operational and organizational problems, and improve methods, processes, and standards within the discipline. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred (10‑15 years of relevant experience); in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Extensive sales experience, ideally in Property Management, Asset Management or Investor sectors, is required. Candidates must have strong leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a matrix organization. Critical competencies include advanced influencing skills, innovative problem‑solving, advanced math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to calculate complex financial figures.
