Broker Support & Marketing Specialist

Job Description
Serves as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers.
Respond to questions regarding products, commissions, contracting, and carrier requirements.
Assist brokers with enrollment and application issues.
Help troubleshoot client service inquiries and concerns.
Process new broker contracting and onboarding.
Track carrier contracting status with carrier.
Coordinate webinars, training events, and sales meetings.
Assist beneficiaries with their enrollments and product knowledge.
Grow individual book of business.
Support recruiting, retention and marketing efforts.
Prepare agent performance reports and production summaries.
Support Manager of Broker Operations in day to day duties.
Assist beneficiaries with their enrollments and product knowledge.
