Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that target addiction as well as any underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and dynamic group therapy experiences, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Engage with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to ensure integrated and cohesive client care.

• Provide education and support to families to foster their involvement in the recovery journey and enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies concerning client confidentiality and treatment record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000, aiming to attract and retain high-quality talent.
