About Our Agency:

I opened my agency in 1997 and currently lead a team of six. I've been with State Farm since 1990, giving me a long-standing foundation in the industry and a deep understanding of how to serve customers and develop a successful team. I'm a graduate of State University of New York at Potsdam. I have grown children and enjoy spending my free time on the lakesomething that helps me maintain a strong work-life balance. I stay active in the community as a member of the Southern Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and through involvement with Capital Cup for Kids. Being connected locally and giving back are important parts of how I run my agency. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
