Project Manager

We’re thrilled to welcome a Project Manager to our team in San Bernardino, CA . This role offers you the opportunity to be a key member of our project management team, supporting design-build renovation and capital improvement projects. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing project planning, design coordination, construction administration, stakeholder communication, and overall project execution from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities Facilitate communication and manage stakeholders, including facility staff, project coordinators, contractors, design professionals, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Prepare and present written reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other project documentation related to project status, risks, schedule, and budget. Support projects throughout planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases. Review and coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay applications, and other project documentation. Manage field activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements, schedule, and quality expectations. Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and overall project performance. Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve constructability, schedule, cost, and operational issues. Facilitate project meetings and maintain project reporting, logs, and document controls. Manage and monitor the pace and schedule of the project in conjunction with office-based cost and schedule support. Provide strong document and project controls, including monitoring project risks, quality issues, and potential cost/schedule impacts. Qualifications A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in construction project management. Prior experience supporting design-build projects required. Experience with renovations, public works, municipal, civic, or capital improvement projects is a plus. Strong understanding of construction administration, project controls, cost management, and scheduling. Experience reviewing RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders. Advanced Microsoft Excel user and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
