Bilingual LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for bilingual Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Houston, TX and surrounding areas. Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required. We provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care and make a difference in the lives of our patients and families. Pay range: $29 – $36 per hour. Job Duties Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
