About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Technical Architecture and AI Transformation. This hands-on technical executive will lead the company's technical architecture practice and be directly involved in the development of AI tooling for professional services. The role is dual-mandate, with a focus on both AI and architecture. On the AI side, the VP will be responsible for writing code, shipping production AI tooling, and leading a team dedicated to this work. On the architecture side, the VP will manage and mentor technical architects, establish practice standards, and serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise and regulated customers. As the company expands its platform offerings, the VP will also be instrumental in bringing deep architectural expertise and leading the team in engaging with prospective customers' enterprise architecture and security teams. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a strong background in technical architecture, with deep expertise in at least one of the relevant platforms, preferably Salesforce. They should be adept at leading and mentoring technical teams, setting technical standards, and supporting complex customer engagements. The role also requires a focus on AI tooling and delivery transformation, including the definition of technical architecture, development standards, and the establishment of security controls for AI use. The VP will be expected to drive the adoption of AI across professional services and evaluate emerging AI capabilities for practical application. Additionally, the role involves presales support, engaging with technical stakeholders during sales cycles, and partnering with sales and professional services leadership to identify technical risks and delivery considerations.
