Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, committed to providing high-quality care, and eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with diverse communication needs.

In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders while collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to support each child’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and Plans of Care based on each child’s unique needs and goals
• Implement developmentally appropriate, evidence-based speech therapy interventions
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation, treatment notes, progress reports, and CPT coding within the EMR system
• Educate and support parents and caregivers with strategies to encourage communication development at home
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, state regulations, and continuing education requirements

Qualifications

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
• Experience working with pediatric populations and children with varying developmental disabilities preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Active liability insurance and valid driver’s license/car insurance
• Up-to-date continuing education requirements (CEUs)
• Level II Background Screening required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
