This contract opportunity offers both full-time and part-time roles—tailored to your availability—supporting students and families from now through June 16, 2027. Caseloads will be thoughtfully determined by the specific needs and context of each school or program, providing a diverse and impactful experience. There is an immediate need for part-time support and for a full-time, long-term substitute from approximately mid-October to mid-April.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW-C, LMSW, or similar acceptable for school settings)
• Prior experience in school-based social work strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group counseling
• Strong crisis intervention skills and comfort with case management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to supporting diverse student backgrounds and needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social-emotional support to students
• Conduct assessments and create intervention plans
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students and families
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administrators
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
• Support efforts to build positive school climate and address barriers to learning

This contract role provides scheduling flexibility with your choice of full-time or part-time hours (7 hours per day onsite). The director is eager to bring talented professionals on board and is ready to move forward with interviews as soon as possible.
