Accounting Clerk

Natiowide company seeking experienced accounting clerks in Tallahassee. The right candidate with proven history of; accounts receivable, accounts payable, processing payments, vendor invoices, and proficient in computer programs. This role is for career minded individuals with a desire to grow. The role is $19 with upward mobility. you qualify please apply!

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Accounts receivable, accounts payable experience, excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excel,  QuickBooks, a working knowledge of accounting functions, excellent organization skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and excellent written and oral communication skills.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

• Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required)
• Microsoft Excel (2 years of experience is required)
• Invoices (2 years of experience is required)
• Vendor coding and invoicing (1 year of experience is required)
• Process Payments (2 years of experience is required)
• solve discrepancies (2 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Receivable (1 year of experience is required)
