Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Must have Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho experience License: ID License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - BLS and ACLS certifications - Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho experience Description: 3x12 hour shifts from 06:45 AM to 07:15 PM. Call requirements include two to three 12-hour shifts per six-week schedule on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM or 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM. On holidays, call coverage may be required if it falls on a weekday. One asterisk call shift per week is also part of the requirements. The expectation is to be available to stay up to 2 hours past normal shift hours to cover cases that run past 05:00 PM. If scheduled from 06:45 AM to 05:15 PM, you may be asked to stay until 07:15 PM. For 12-hour staff scheduled from 06:45 AM, you may be asked to extend your shift until 09:15 PM. The additional two hours are compensated as on-call time.
