Gastroenterology opening in Wisconsin- Full time- Wisconsin Rapids, WiWe seeking a Gastroenterology Medical Director to join our collaborative health system focused on advancing quality and access to care.- Lead strategic growth and development of the gastroenterology program- Oversee performance measurement, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance- Define, lead, and exemplify a culture that prioritizes quality, access, process improvement, collaboration, trust, and accountability- Maintain a busy procedural practice, including clinic responsibilities and limited inpatient care- Opportunity to incorporate ERCP/EUS into the practice for interested candidates- Supported by a full-time advanced practice clinician in the outpatient clinicWisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin- Wisconsin Rapids is nestled along the beautiful Wisconsin River in the heart of cranberry country.
