Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a talented Construction Superintendent to join our team at ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers and who can lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all restoration projects from start to finish
• Schedule and provide subcontractors with computer-generated work orders
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and ensure quality workmanship
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, insurance agents, and adjusters
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Ability to perform punch list if needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the restoration or construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• IICRC certification is a plus
• Moderate computer skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (delivery of materials)

ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington has been providing top-notch restoration services to the Hampstead, NC area for over 15 years. Salary plus bonuses. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in fire and water mitigation and the ability to write an estimate. We use Xactimate and Symbility. Must have the ability to lead a team in and out of the field. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
