Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Acute Care for a per diem opportunity in a healthcare setting. The LPN will provide direct patient care, assist with treatment plans, administer medications within scope of practice, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.

PAY

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous acute care, hospital, rehabilitation, or related clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed providers
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
• Support delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
