As an Inbound-Inside Sales Representative with FCX Performance/Pump Energy, you will establish and expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team. You'll spend your time interacting with your customers in determining their process flow control and instrumentation needs, while providing solutions to meet those needs. What you'll do:

• In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and sales team to solve customer needs, and build ongoing business relationships.
• By means of inbound and outbound calls: successfully sell company products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries.
• Provide technical and application information.
• Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors.
• Sourcing and getting quotes from vendors, effectively handle correspondences from customers and fielding calls from customers as well as assisting the outside sales team.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in an Inside Sales/Customer Service role within the industrial marketplace and or mechanically inclined preferred.
• Previous experience with sizing and selection of Process Flow Control and control instrumentation is helpful.
• Problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Computer proficiency-Epicor P21 a plus!

Preferred Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
