Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro is currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing sales and service role that requires strong communication skills and a dedication to excellent service. If you're passionate about the automotive industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to retail and internal service customersAssist customers in accurately identifying and ordering automotive partsCommunicate clearly with customers and the service department regarding backorders and delaysPerform regular inventory tasks, including weekly bin counts and cycle countsCheck in and stock nightly deliveries of parts and customer ordersMaintain a clean and organized work areaHandle heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs)Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious parts experience a plus, but not requiredBasic computer skills for parts lookup and order entryA team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitudeWhy Choose Nucar?Great Staff: Be part of a team that values collaboration and mutual respect.Growth Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within.
