2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (mix of PO/non-PO invoices) PO Processing – HIGH VOLUME (150+ daily) High volume (150+ PMO invoices/day) Hard workers, must be ready to roll up their sleeves! Highschool Diploma/GED Plusses Experience with Lawson or Brainware or Perceptive Healthcare or Hospital experience Job Description Processes complex invoices, employee expense reports and pre-approved check requests using Accounting ERP system. Perform data verification in the optical character recognition software. Assist AP Specialist I in the research and identification of appropriate coding for all non-purchase order invoices. Coordinate with vendors, managers, and distribution center personnel to identify and resolve issues preventing the processing of invoices associated with a purchase order. Reconcile vendor statements, obtain copies of unprocessed invoices, resolve credit holds. Train AP Specialist I in work-related tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
