This is an exciting opportunity to join the team supporting Dolce&Gabbana Beauty’s full-funnel media strategy across the U.S. market. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and results-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

\n

In this role, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across multiple channels, including TV, CTV, Social, Display, OLV, OOH, and Retail Media Networks (RMNs). Working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners, you will help drive media effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and support the continued growth of the brand through data-informed decision making and a test-and-learn approach.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

Paid Media Strategy & Performance

\n

\n
• Partner with Global HQ to lead the end-to-end development, technical optimization, and performance reporting for all US and Travel Retail Paid Media campaigns.
\n
• Pivot from operational oversight to strategic ownership. Drive funnel efficiency audits and data-led decision-making across both Paid Media and RMN to ensure total marketing effectiveness. Few billing tasks required.
\n

RMN Planning and Execution:

\n

\n
• Lead the briefing and creation of high-converting paid assets across top RMNs, x.
\n
• Align retail asset creation with national paid media pushes to drive sales and ROAS, while acting as the primary point of contact for retailers to submit campaign briefs and ensure spec compliance across on-site, off-site, and in-app placements.
\n
• Serving as the bridge between sales and brand strategy, working directly with Brand HQ to secure approvals for new, high-performing creative formats that meet ROI targets while preserving brand equity.
\n
• Work on Budget Plan along with sales to ensure maximation of RMN across all retailers.
\n

Media Strategic Planning:

\n

\n
• Lead cross-functional media alignment across Brand HQ, PR, Trade, and Sales, ensuring national media plans directly support macro business goals and retailer growth targets. In this role, collaborating closely with HQ stakeholders to build cohesive, high-impact campaigns that synchronize paid media, earned PR, and trade promotions, ensuring unified messaging that drives measurable sales velocity across key retail channels.

• Driven by commercial performance, you will introduce innovative media tactics, strategic audience segmentation, and advanced channel strategies designed to maximize overall ROI while protecting brand identity.
\n
• Leverage audience insights and omni-channel media strategies to drive business growth and strengthen marketing and sales alignment.
\n
• Partner with media agencies to deliver performance insights, executive reporting, and campaign recommendations to key stakeholders.
\n

Requirements (The Ideal Profile)

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
\n
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
\n
• 2+ years of retail media experience, ideally within the beauty industry or department store channels, with strong cross-functional communication skillA proactive and solution-oriented mindset is highly valued.
\n
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong strategic and hands-on expertise in performance media, including programmatic channels, with RMN experience across Macy’s, Sephora, and Ulta.
\n
• Solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape and Retail Media (Amazon experience is a plus).
\n
• Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and translate them into clear tasks for both marketing and technical stakeholders.
\n
• Proven ability to operate and thrive under tight timelines, with the agility to pivot strategies with ease in a rapidly evolving environment.
\n
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
\n
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential for cross-functional success.
\n
• Beauty/Luxury Knowledge is a PLUS
\n
