We offer industry-leading benefits, personal and professional growth opportunities, and a fantastic team to work with that you won't find anywhere else.Who We're Looking For:Class B or C level technicians with 3+ years of experience in a dealership or private shopUp-to-date ASE and manufacturer certificationsFamiliarity using scan tools and service information systemsSkill in performing brake, suspension, and steering repairsProficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnosticsAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceWhat You'll Do:Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standardsDiagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirementsRoad-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair workDocument work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking proceduresProvide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics toolsTotal RewardsThe flat rate range for this position is $25.00 to $35.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
