Sales Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Assistant to support our Sales & Operations team. This role serves as a key link between Sales, Warehouse Operations, Accounting, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively across multiple departments.

Sales Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Assistant to support our Sales & Operations team. This role serves as a key link between Sales, Warehouse Operations, Accounting, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with order entry, quotes, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment processing.
- Communicate order status, inventory availability, and delivery updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and inventory information.
- Support invoicing and work with Accounting to resolve order or payment issues.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with special projects.
- Resolve order discrepancies and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Customer service or sales support experience preferred.
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution environments is a plus.
The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively across multiple departments.
