Agronomy Sales Manager

Area agronomy company with a profitable and growing location is looking for an Agronomy Sales Manager to oversee all agronomy sales personnel. Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of 5-10 salespeople. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Educate and solve customer needs through technical expertise. Qualifications: Degree in agronomy or related field, or equivalent industry experience. At least 3-5+ years of experience as a sales agronomist or in agronomy sales management. Strong agronomic knowledge and a strategic, aggressive sales mindset. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Compensation: Competitive base salary plus bonus incentives. For an experienced, coachable individual with a growth mindset, $100k+ in the first year is realistically attainable. Full benefits are included. #J-18808-Ljbffr 360 Headhunter
