Quick Facts Location: Carrollton, GA | 705 Dixie Street, Carrollton, GA 30117 Start Date: 05/15/2026 Shift: Flexible schedule; participation in home call rotation Hours/week: Full-time, licensed within immediate local area Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: Board Certified/Eligible Neonatology Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: actual pay discussed during interview) Pay & Benefits Competitive base salary (discussed during interview) Annual bonus potential Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance provided Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Life & Disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare & Dependent Care) Health Savings Account (HSA) options 401(k) retirement plan Employee Stock Purchase Program Voluntary benefits via payroll deduction Some employer-paid benefits at no cost What You’ll Do Provide neonatal care for a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births Manage care for critically ill and premature infants with a team of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) Perform daily rounds in NICU and newborn units Oversee admissions, stabilization, and ongoing management of neonatal patients Collaborate closely with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary teams Support clinical coverage through home-based call rotation Contribute to maintaining high standards of evidence-based neonatal care Work within a state-of-the-art, renovated facility providing a supportive environment Maintain practice in the local area; relocation may be required What You Need Valid and current medical license in Georgia Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Experience with NICU patient management preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This permanent position offers stability, growth potential, and a supportive environment within a respected health system.
