Job SummarySquire Ward’s is seeking motivated, dependable Bartenders and Servers to join our team. We are a fast-paced, customer-focused bar looking for individuals who provide excellent service and thrive in a social, team-oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBartenders:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Verify customer age and follow all alcohol service laws
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage cash and card transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Servers:
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Ensure a positive guest experience through attentive service
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Process payments and handle cash responsibly
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be available evenings and weekends
