Pay: $40,000 to $140,000 based on performance; position is commission based

What You'll Do:

• Build lasting relationships with customers by helping them find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence.
• Stay up to date on Honda's latest models, features, and technology to become a true product expert.
• Deliver an exceptional buying experience that keeps customers coming back.

What We're Looking For:

• A motivated, goal-driven professional with a passion for people and sales.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not requiredwe'll train the right candidate!
• A willingness to learn and grow within one of the nation's fastest-growing dealership groups.
