Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.
Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.

Structured Compensation and Benefits

Experienced Driver Pay: Top-tier earning potential averaging $1,750 to $2,000 per week, with a competitive rate of $0.71 per mile.
Refresher Pay Phase: A guaranteed weekly flat training rate of $1,200 is available for qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations.
Guaranteed Home Time: Predictable scheduling with guaranteed home time every weekend for the driver’s 34-hour reset.
Premium Fleet Equipment: Operate brand-new 2025 and 2026 Freightliner trucks equipped with sleeper APUs, power inverters, and refrigerators.
W-2 Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, along with a company-matched 401(k) retirement program.
