Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $2,535.00 per week (equivalent to approximately $63.75/hr based on 40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide labor and delivery coverage at a hospital-based OB/GYN department
• Manage routine labor and delivery cases, including C-sections and vaginal deliveries
• Support postpartum rounding and emergency gynecologic consultations
• Participate in patient care for approximately 500-600 births annually
• Collaborate with hospital staff and support services to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Support limited high-risk obstetrics with transfer protocols for less than 36-week pregnancies
• Support staff and work as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced clinical environment

What You Need:

• MD or DO degree with active medical license in Wisconsin (or eligible via IMLC)
• Board-certified in OB/GYN
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• 1-2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including call shifts and weekends
• Willingness to float to other sites if needed (Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, Madison)
• CSR and DEA certification
