- Take full responsibility for the management of production operation, develop and execute the annual production plan to achieve targets for capacity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Lead the optimization of production processes and technological innovation to improve efficiency and product yield.
- Establish and improve the quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, and drive continuous improvement.
- Be responsible for the logistics management, production planning, and export trade-related affairs of the factory, and coordinate the supply chain with customer needs.
- Lead team building, cultivate local management talents, and improve employees' skills and performance.
- Ensure the compliant operation of the factory, in line with local laws, regulations, and group policies.
- Collaborate closely with the headquarters and cross-functional teams to promote the implementation of the group's strategy in the factory.
