Program Manager (Environmental Facilities Services) We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Environmental Facilities Services Program within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role combines strategic program management with compliance oversight, ensuring our facility maintains the highest standards of compliance while meeting all regulatory requirements critical to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. What your day-to-day will look like: Accountable for the overall success, performance, and compliance of the Environmental Facilities Services Program. Drive a strong client-focused mindset, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and service delivery. Monitor, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and operational metrics to ensure program effectiveness. Manage program budget, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance in alignment with operational objectives. Partner with client stakeholders to negotiate changes in service levels, contract scope, and special service requests as business needs evolve. Ensure all program activities are executed in compliance with contractual obligations, site procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Create program frameworks that meet client goals and regulatory requirements Build strong relationships with client teams and stakeholders at all levels Serve as main point of contact for program-related issues and updates Maintain client confidence through clear communication and forward planning Lead the design and implementation of program knowledge transfer efforts that improve operations. Lead audit processes and follow-up activities as needed Collaborate with client quality teams to follow all procedures and standards Ensure work is properly documented according to industry requirements Work with account teams to share knowledge, successes, and best practices Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years of program management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of FDA cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements. Experience with quality management systems and compliance frameworks Knowledge of facilities management, maintenance operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and service provider contracts Experience developing and implementing SOPs, training programs, and quality documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface at all organizational levels. Experience managing client relationships in pharmaceutical or regulated industries Proven ability to present complex information to executive leadership and regulatory personnel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and metrics The role may require navigating manufacturing, laboratory, and support areas as part of routine oversight activities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with FDA inspections, regulatory audits, and compliance investigations Understanding of sterile manufacturing environments and cleanroom operations Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience leading organizational change management initiatives Location: Onsite – Juncos, Puerto Rico Work Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm + Overtime based on business needs. Estimated compensation for this position: 95,000.00 – 102,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
