Route Details & Running Schedule
- Dispatch Schedule: Out on Monday and back home on Saturday each week
- Weekend Routine: Guaranteed 34-hour weekend reset back home with your family
- Freight Profile: Dedicated automotive parts transportation consistently light loads
- Operating Footprint: Regional transit keeping you within 400 miles of home, running through OH, MI, IN, KY, and IL
- Route Consistency: Predictable and steady volume of 1,700 to 2,300 road miles every week
Earnings & Financial Package
- Weekly Gross Average: $1,300 to $1,500 via weekly direct deposit (Top 30% of drivers pull in $1,700/wk)
- Mileage Pay: Strong $0.56 to $0.64 CPM starting rate, scaled to your verifiable experience
- Paid Training Track: Recent CDL school graduates receive a steady $650 every Friday during the 4-6 week mentorship phase, transitioning immediately to full CPM pay upon graduation
- Orientation Allowance: $300 onboarding pay with all hotel stays, travel, and meals completely covered

- Driver-Clean Freight: 100% no-touch dry van deliveries (70% drop-and-hook / 30% live)
- Top-Tier Assigned Tractors: Modern 2022 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner automatics (No slip-seating)

Driver Prerequisites & Criteria
- Basic Standards: Active Class A CDL, minimum age 21, and fully DOT compliant with a clean MVR

- Student Pipeline: Trainees must possess a 120-hour minimum certificate from an approved truck driving school
- Prerequisites: Must successfully pass a standard pre-employment DOT drug screening
