• Schedule: Day shifts: 6:30am-5:00pm, 6:30am-6:00pm, night and 24-hour weekend call
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: General anesthesia and OB cases, provider must be able to work their own cases and supervise
• Credentialing: 90 days, temporary privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified
• Licensure:  Active Florida license required
