Job Summary

W e are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations in a production facility specializing in stator manufacturing. This hands-on role involves equipment operation, assembly, material handling, finishing, and general production support.

Job Description

• Assist with the production, assembly, and finishing of stators.
• Move tubes, raw materials, and other production materials throughout the manufacturing process.
  
• Perform cutting, assembly, finishing, and other hands-on production tasks.
  
• Operate machinery, hand tools, and production equipment according to established procedures and safety requirements.
  
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report equipment issues, malfunctions, or deviations from standard procedures.
  
• Participate in pre-job briefings, toolbox meetings, and other safety discussions.
  
• Follow production instructions and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  
• Participate in cross-training and rotate between various production activities as business needs require.
  
• Support equipment readiness and timely completion of production activities.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and service delivery.
  
• Participate in troubleshooting and failure investigations when needed.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
  
• Promptly identify and communicate unsafe conditions, potential hazards, or equipment concerns.
  
• Learn and utilize the SAP system and other applicable manufacturing processes.
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 5am to 3:30pm

S kills Required

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or a similar industrial environment.
• Ability to perform hands-on production, assembly, and material-handling tasks.
  
• Comfort using hand tools and operating production equipment.
  
• Basic computer skills, including email and general computer navigation.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
• Ability to learn new manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
  
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and willingness to report unsafe conditions.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Pay Rate

• $25 per hour (Compensation will be offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
