Job Description
**What You Will Do**
- **Be a Patient Care Champion:** Keep a close eye on patients during hemodialysis, making sure they're comfortable, safe, and getting the best experience possible—because their well-being is your superpower!
- **Stay Connected & Communicate:** Keep the team in the loop by sharing real-time updates on patient status and any changes. You'll be the bridge between patients and the care team, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- **Deliver Hands-On Care:** Provide direct patient care under nursing supervision, bringing compassion and attention to detail to every interaction. You're not just a tech—you're a vital part of the healing process.
- **Team Up for Success:** Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to create seamless, coordinated care. Together, you'll make a real difference in patients' lives.
- **Level Up Your Skills:** Complete the Greenfield Health Systems dialysis training program and earn your certification. We're investing in your growth, and you'll be equipped to excel in this rewarding role!
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a dialysis technician training program preferred.
- Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) required within 18-months of employment.
