We are seeking a versatile and tech-savvy Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team for a specialized part-time role. Our practice operates with an "all hands on deck" philosophy, meaning we are looking for a professional who is comfortable stepping beyond traditional hygiene duties to ensure the office runs smoothly. This position is ideal for a high-energy clinician who thrives in a multifaceted role, balancing clinical excellence with administrative support and occasional chairside assisting. If you are a multitasker who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and has a strong command of dental technology, you will be a great fit.

Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Must hold a current and valid State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Hygiene: Provide high-quality dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient oral health education.
Administrative Operations: Manage insurance claims submission and navigate patient accounts with precision.
Clinical Support: Occasionally assist the Doctor with restorative procedures or exams as needed to maintain office flow.
Tech Management: Utilize Eaglesoft for charting, scheduling, and billing (strong computer literacy is a core requirement).
Patient Coordination: Multitasks between clinical care and front-office duties to ensure a seamless patient experience.
