We're hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) who wants work-life balance, meaningful patient relationships, and long-term stability in primary care.

You'll step into an outpatient role focused on providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management. You'll work alongside a collaborative care team with strong clinical and administrative support.

What makes you a great fit
You hold a clear and active Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license
You have at least 2 years of Physician Assistant experience
You have experience in family practice
You're comfortable providing care to patients of all ages
You enjoy preventive care and chronic disease management
You value collaborative, team-based care
You maintain an active DEA registration and current BLS certification

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125,000-$140,000
Medical insurance with approximately 85% employer-paid coverage
Dental & vision insurance with approximately 85% employer-paid coverage

9.5 paid holidays
CME allowance of $3,500 plus paid CME time
