Southern Careers Institute (SCI) is growing our Corpus Christi Campus and is seeking talented individuals for this amazing opportunity! The Admissions Representative serves as a trusted enrollment advisor and primary point of contact for prospective students. This position guides prospective students through the admissions process by providing accurate information, identifying educational goals, and supporting informed enrollment decisions while maintaining compliance with institutional, accreditation, state, and federal requirements. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct consultative interviews with prospective students.
• Provide accurate information regarding programs, admissions requirements, costs, services, and educational outcomes.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of inquiries and applicants using CRM systems.
• Execute timely follow-up and student engagement activities.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours and information sessions.
• Maintain accurate admissions records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Education, Career Services, and Student Services.
• Participate in outreach, recruiting, and orientation activities.
• Adhere to all institutional, accreditation, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide consumer information accurately and transparently.
• Avoid misrepresentation of programs, costs, financial aid, employment outcomes, licensure outcomes, and transferability of credits.
• Complete required compliance training and documentation.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective students.
- Conduct 80-120+ daily outreach activities.
- Schedule and conduct campus visits and interviews.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and lead management.
- Achieve enrollment, application, and activity goals.
- Demonstrate strong time management and accountability.
- Strong consultative communication and active listening skills.
- Student engagement
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting consultations.

- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
