We're currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in the Alexandria, VA area.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Track and document client progress

• Partner with families and team members to support each child's success

• Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment

• Help children gain skills, confidence, and independence

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive Pay: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour

• Part-Time Opportunities Available

• Afternoon & Early Evening Shifts

• Alexandria, VA Area

What We're Looking For

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is a plus, but not required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
