Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans Provide high-quality therapy services to clients Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week (full-time) Deliver evidence-based interventions Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners Participate in team meetings and trainings Option to provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians Requirements Master’s degree in a behavioral health field Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD; ALMFT, LSW, or LPC) Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfort working with children, teens, families, or adults Ability to pass a background check Existing client base or referral network Experience with children, couples, and/or family work Familiarity with case note documentation and EHR systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
