Job Overview

Join Green SM USA as a Rideshare Driver and drive a company-provided electric vehicle. As a W-2 employee, you’ll receive $20.25/hour base pay , with the opportunity to earn  additional performance-based incentives based on eligible driving activity and applicable performance requirements. No personal vehicle is required.

What You'll Do

• Safely and professionally transport passengers
• Provide courteous, professional customer service
• Use the Green SM Driver app to accept and complete trips
• Operate and care for the company-provided vehicle
• Follow California traffic laws and company safety policies
• Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 23
• Valid California driver’s license
• Driving record that meets company requirements
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safe driving
• Ability to meet applicable employment and legal requirements
• Previous taxi, rideshare, delivery, or professional driving experience is a plus

Schedule Full-time. Specific schedules and working hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
