Pay rate: $42.02 per hour

Primary Purpose of Position

General repairs, remodeling, and maintenance in all Buildings, Temporary Structures, and Service Building. Includes working with electrical, plumbing, carpentry services, HVAC, welding, lawn mowing, snow removal, and scaffold work.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

Conduct construction activities such as painting, masonry, plumbing, snow removal, grounds maintenance, electrical, and HVAC. Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts, pay loaders, skid steers, and other machinery as required.
