You'll work closely with the production team to verify quality, prepare shipments, and maintain a safe workspace, playing a key part in the company's success.What You'll Do As a Packer, you will be responsible for: Packing finished awning products according to work orders, ensuring accuracy and quality standards. Verifying that all parts and products meet company and quality specifications. Preparing items for shipment by wrapping, cushioning, and labeling items properly. Coordinating outgoing shipments, including assisting with loading and unloading trucks. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote efficiency and safety. Operating hand tools and packing equipment safely and effectively.What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Previous experience in packaging, production, or warehouse environments preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions and work orders. Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
