Veterinary Practice Manager

Tequesta Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing the clinics operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the clinic and the well-being of the animals we care for. KeyResponsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development. Manage Clinic operations, including scheduling and inventory management. Guideand coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaininga strong commitment to the client experience. Demonstrate initiativeinbalancingthe needs ofboththebusiness andthestaff. Qualifications: Previousmanagementexperience in a veterinary setting. Comfortableworking part time on the floor,bothinthe back and up front. Experience executingclinical HR functions, includingSOPs, evaluations,anddisciplinary action.
