Clinical Therapist (LCPC or LSCSW)

Job Description As a LCPC or LSCSW with GuideStar Eldercare you will provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long‑term care facilities. Using a multi‑disciplinary approach, you will partner with specialty clinicians to provide holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals who are afflicted with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions.
