Job Title: 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Shift/Pay

• Shift: 11PM - 7:30AM
• Pay: $34.32 - $35.88 - Depending on Non Journeymen vs. Journeymen Position

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective repairs on 200–300 foot roll mills and related production equipment, including stamping presses, welders, rollers, and cut-off machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues on equipment, including diagnostics on systems up to 480V 3-phase, to quickly identify and resolve faults.
• Maintain, repair, and adjust hydraulic and pneumatic equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation.
• Swap out and replace motors and other mechanical components as needed to minimize downtime.
• Use multi-craft maintenance skills across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to support continuous production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to guide repairs and maintenance activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with maintenance schedules and documented procedures.
• Support maintenance management and supervision by accurately documenting work performed and reporting equipment issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repair of stamping and tool & die related equipment within the metal stamping and assembly operations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain established processes and equipment performance in a high-volume automotive environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Angola, IN.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Angola,IN.
