Quality Control Inspector

HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures, a recognized leader in the repair and overhaul of aircraft structural components, is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our high-performing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all repaired components meet rigorous FAA, customer, and internal quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform receiving, in-process, final, and return-to-service inspections of structural components Inspect repaired and overhauled nacelles, thrust reversers, flight control surfaces, and radomes for compliance with approved technical data and customer requirements Verify workmanship, measurements, repair documentation, and work orders for accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, engineering drawings, and company procedures Support radome inspection and transmissivity testing to ensure compliance with performance requirements Identify, document, and report nonconformities, discrepancies, and quality concerns The Quality Control Inspector will work closely with technicians, engineers, and supervisors #J-18808-Ljbffr
